Wprowadzenie

Zadania (Tasks) pomagają organizować pracę zespołu - follow-upy, call backi, deadlines. Nigdy nie zapomnisz o kliencie!

Dlaczego Tasks?

  • Organizacja: Wszystkie to-do w jednym miejscu
  • Accountability: Kto za co odpowiada
  • Deadlines: Automated reminders
  • Team coordination: Assign tasks to team members

Krok 1: Tworzenie zadania

  1. Profil kontaktu → Add Task
  2. Wypełnij:
Title: Wyślij proposal Janowi
Description: Premium package, 5000 PLN/msc, start 1 marca

Assign to: Kamil Nowak
Due date: 22.02.2026 17:00
Priority: High

Reminder: 2 hours before

Krok 2: Typy zadań

Call back:

Krok 3: Przypisywanie zadań team

  1. Create TaskAssign to:

    • Yourself
    • Team member
    • Round robin (automatic distribution)
  2. Team member dostaje:

    • Email notification
    • In-app notification
    • Dashboard widget (My Tasks)

Example assignment rules:

New lead (Warsaw) → Assign to Kami (Warsaw sales rep)
New lead (Kraków) → Assign to Anna (Kraków sales rep)
High value (>$10k) → Assign to Piotr (Senior closer)

  1. Check off ✓ when done
  2. Add completion note:

Krok 7: Recurring tasks

Setup:

Title: Weekly check-in with VIP clients
Recurrence: Every Monday 9:00 AM
Assign to: Account Manager
Description: "Call top 10 VIP clients"

Krok 8: Task reminders

Notification settings:

Multiple reminders:

Create templates dla common tasks:

Template: New lead follow-up

Priority: High
Due: 2 days from assignment
Description:
1. Zadzwoń do klienta
2. Wyjaśnij ofertę
3. Odpowiedz na pytania
4. Wyślij proposal
5. Zaplanuj next call

Template: Renewal prep

Due: 30 days before contract end
Description:
1. Review usage/engagement

Priority levels

Użyj priorytetów mądrze:

🔴 HIGH: Urgent + Important

- Hot lead ready to buy
- Angry customer issue
- Contract expiring today

🟡 MEDIUM: Important but not urgent

- Follow-up z warm lead
- Monthly check-in
- Update contact info

LOW: Nice to have

- Research competitor
- Update internal notes
- Export reports
