Przygotowanie

Co potrzebujesz

1. Własna domena:

• LUB subdomena (mail.twoja-firma.pl, news.twoja-firma.pl)

Tip: Używanie subdomeny recommended:

• Chroniona main domain reputation
• Easier to isolate marketing from transactional emails
• If blacklisted, główna domena safe

2. Dostęp do DNS settings:

Gdzie modyfikujesz DNS:

• Hosting provider (np. home.pl, OVH, nazwa.pl)
• Registrar domeny
• Cloudflare (jeśli używasz)

3. GHL Sub-Account:

Konfigurację robisz PER sub-account, nie agency level.

Krok Po Kroku

Step 1: Accessing Email Settings

GHL Dashboard:

Settings → Email Services → Mailgun

LUB:

Settings → Domains

(Interface może się różnić depending na GHL version, але look for "Email" lub "Mailgun".)

Step 2: Add New Domain

Click "Add New Domain" lub "Connect Domain".

Login na hosting panel (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Cloudflare, etc.).

Find DNS Zone Editor lub Manage DNS.

For each record GHL provided:

1. Click "Add Record"
2. Select TYPE (TXT, CNAME, etc.)
3. Enter HOST
4. Enter VALUE
5. Save

CRITICAL:

• Copy-paste exactly - jeden błąd = verification fails
• No spaces na początku/końcu
• Check host naming:
  • Some hosts require pełna nazwa (mailo._domainkey.mail.twoja-firma.pl)
  • Others want relative (mailo._domainkey)

Step 5: Wait for Propagation

DNS changes take time:

• Minimum: 15-30 minutes
• Usually: 1-4 hours
• Maxim: 48 hours

Settings → Email Services → Select your-domain.pl as Default.

Teraz wszystkie emails w tym sub-account będą wysyłane FROM custom domain!

Warming Up Domain

⚠ Critical: Nowa domena NEEDSა "warm-up" నిperiałоద before mass sending.

Co to warm-up?

Postupné zvýcenie sending volume przez tydzień_i to build reputation bij email providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

Bez warmup:

• Day 1-2: 50-100 emails
