Dashboards → Overview

Views:

  • Agency-Level: Aggregate ACROSS ALL sub-accounts
  • Sub-Account Level: Specific client/business

Date Range: Customize (last 7 days, 30 days, custom range).

1. Overview Dashboard

Default landing page.

Widgets:

Total Contacts: Count OF contacts IN CRM.

New Contacts (Period): Growth rate.

Opportunities (Pipeline):
